The Board of Directors of Maha Metro consists of 13 Directors, which include five nominees from the Government of India, five nominees from the Government of Maharashtra and three functional Directors. Depending upon the requirement, the Board also constitutes committees for some specific purpose where two or more Directors are nominated by the Board. Minimum number of four Board Meetings are held in a calendar year as per statutory requirement. The Agenda and Minutes of the Board Meeting are not for public inspection and copies thereof shall not be furnished. The Meetings of the Board and the Board Committees are not open to public.
